On February 25, 2005, plaintiff, Daniel G. Dunn, filed a complaint on behalf of Dunn Trucking, Inc. On March 3, 2005, plaintiff was ordered to obtain counsel to proceed with this claim, to file a notice of appearance with this court, and to file an amended complaint. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff's action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
