Proposed amendments to the Ohio Rules of Appellate Procedure, Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Ohio Rules of Juvenile Procedure have been published for public comment in the October 4, 2010 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.

Pfeifer, Lundberg Stratton, O'Connor, O'Donnell, and Cupp, JJ., concurred in publishing the proposed rule amendments for public comment.

Brown, C.J., and Lanzinger, J., concurred in publishing the proposed rule amendments for public comment with the exception of the proposed amendments to App.R. 9.
